We had the pleasure of meeting Sam Turkan when I came across a property in Brendale that we were interested in viewing. Sam was punctual in following up my inquiry. We actually arranged several viewings and he gave us pertinent information with regard to completing the intent to Lease document. Difficulties did arise due to the Owner of the complex selling and not disclosing this to Sam or ourselves. Sam went above and beyond with getting the lease sorted despite the issues that were happening between the seller and buyer. We did get a good result and if Sam hadnt been as dedicated we would have walked away. It was refreshing to have some one like Sam to support us and get us into the complex.
